If you can recall times where you were either receiving insights during journaling for instance, or when contemplating in meditation, have experienced a series of synchronicities, or even being aware of Angel numbers (numbers with repeated digits like 22:22 that you can observe in devices like digital clocks) then you are closer to the process of channeling with Source and Spirit, than you have thought of.

Validating the Experience of Spiritual Sensitivity

As with every spiritual endeavor that someone embarks upon, it is very common for us to feel “weird”, outsiders, that we do not belong to a society that values the material existence over the spiritual or even denounces it altogether.

On the flip side, you might have also been brought up in a very religious environment that deemed everything that is outside of the narrow dictations of the religion you grew up under as at least non-permissible.

Many of you that are reading this might recognize the feeling or had the experience of encountering the above in one form or another when trying to connect with Source, Spirit and practices that either are not being recognized as real or are being seen as being subversive.

A very important component for you to be aware of in terms of channeling is recognizing your ability to listen to your intuition.

It is critical for you to first learn to listen to your inner voice before you open up to external guidance that comes from beings beyond your inner wisdom.

I’m not telling you this to scare you away from the practice of channeling, but to make sure that you will not be the one that sabotages your efforts in connecting with Source, by not trusting that what you receive is real.

When you pay attention to your intuition and follow through the quiet voice of guidance that comes from within, you can create a relationship that will end up in you trusting your own self and your own sense of picking up information through means that are beyond your physical senses.

A very important component for you to be aware of in terms of channeling is recognizing your ability to listen to your intuition.

This relationship with your intuition will be of great help for you when you approach beings of light (angels, ascended masters, highly evolved Spiritual beings etc.) to learn to trust them since you also will have trust to your inner compass that will tell you if you are really connected with a high being or not.

When I first started challenging my guide, I was going through a tough period in my life, which caused me a lot of stress. My spiritual guide back then acted less as a spiritual advisor and more as a friend and emotional support.

In my experience, whenever I connect with Source in any form of communication, I feel a sense of peace, and even silence, that permeates my whole being.

Another significant sign you are successful in your challenging endeavors is to observe how you feel.

The presence of Spirit is always accompanied by those emotional states, and you should be looking for them whenever you try to evaluate if you are truly channeling or making things up.

Challenging can also become a source of healing, even though you should know when it comes to healing, first and foremost you should turn towards traditional means of professional help and then add this extra layer through your connection to Spirit to overcome any type of issue you’re dealing with.

7 Signs You’re Already Channeling Higher Wisdom Without Even Knowing It

If you’re feeling that you’re already connected to Source and receive messages coming from it, you’re not alone. This is a precursor that you are already open to becoming a pure channel to Spirit and its agents. What follows are 7 signs that you’re already on your way to becoming a successful conscious channel, by realizing the signs that you’re already doing so.

1. You Speak or Write Messages That Seem to Flow Through You

Have you ever been in this situation where you are talking to a friend, and suddenly you are bringing forth ideas that in your day-to-day life you wouldn’t be able to think on your own? Or have you found yourself while writing, or expressing yourself in any style of creativity, you are getting inspiration coming out of nowhere?

If your answer to any of the above questions is “yes”, that is a sign that you’re receiving guidance from Spirit.

2. You Receive Sudden Flashes of Insight Out of Nowhere

Another sign that you’re already channeling is the fact that you might receive guidance not in the form of words per se, but in the form of instant knowing.

This can often take place when your mind is relaxed either when you’re meditating, or taking a shower, or taking a walk, and especially when you’re in need of solving a situation where you have a sudden flash of realization which helps you either to solve the problem or gain knowledge about it you wouldn’t be able to acquire on your own.

3. You Turn Inward for Truth Instead of Seeking Outward Validation

If you have already have the tendency to turn inwards whenever you need clarity about any situation and don’t depend on outside sources to receive answers to a need, this is also another sign that you are connected to Spirit and you unknowingly trust whatever it offers to you.

The more you practice turning inwards consciously, the easier it will get for you to receive answers and knowledge.

Of course, that doesn’t mean that you are shutting down the outside world or any information that might come from external sources. It means that alongside with knowledge that you can get from people, books, or other sources of information, you also validate your own sense of inner knowing.

4. Conversations or Journaling Suddenly Shift Into Inspired Flow

This sign complements the first one, where I talked about receiving insights while talking with a friend or expressing yourself through writing or other means of expression.

When you receive this type of guidance, this might also be accompanied by a sense of that you’re in a state of flow, that the energy suddenly shifts when you are either in a conversation, or in a creative endeavor, that is outside of your ordinary state of being.

This state usually implies that you are connected to Source and Spirit, which creates this field of inspirational guidance that is also a sign that you’re channeling.

5. Your Creativity Feels Guided and Limitless

People who are prone to channeling Spirit are also usually people that are inclined towards expressing themselves through artistic acts like writing, painting, creating music, etc.

This is not a monolith, but it’s something very common, and by expressing yourself through a creative form like art, you’re already engaging in channeling, because when you get into that state of flow, you are open to Spiritual guidance by passing your ego mind that usually is not font of you being exposed to the subtle and unseen world of guides and angels in fear of stepping into an unknown.

6. You Sense an Energetic Current Moving Through Your Body

Another sign that spiritual guidance is coming to you is when you notice a difference in your bodily sensations. For me, whenever I channel, there’s a range of sensations that I might experience, from tingling, changes in the temperature of my body, spontaneous movements of my limbs, etc.

7. You Know Things You’ve Never Learned or Studied

This phenomenon really tests your faith in your inner wisdom and also the existence of higher guidance.

In my experience, this usually occurs when you have full trust in your intuition, so that you will not break the flow of information that comes through by rationalizing it. Receiving insights into topics that you have never studied or learned can be fascinating and at the same times create a sense of uneasiness if you are not used to trust the miracles that can come from connecting with the unseen world, and the wondrous beings that inhabit it.
