If any of the above incidents had taken place, this was a sign that I had picked up energy that did not belong to me.

1. Begin Your Day with a Cleansing Elixir
Cleansing elixirs are water cups infused with something fresh, like mint, lemon, or cucumber. Even though I haven’t tried these methods, I definitely have worked with creating my version of a cleansing elixir.
Being attuned to the second degree of Usui Reiki has gifted me with the symbol that is called the emotional/mental symbol in the Reiki tradition. This symbol helps to protect and clear spaces and, in this case, to create a Reik infused water elixir you can drink after you have either drawn the symbol in the air above your cup or visualized it in the cup’s bottom you have filled with water.
Ingesting the elixir will clear your energy field and keep you fresh energetically all throughout the day.
If you are not attuned to the Usui Reiki system, you can simply imagine, while holding the cup filled with water with both of your hands, that light comes from your palms, infusing the water with sparkling light and then drink it.
2. Invite in Natural Light and High Vibrations
Letting sunlight enter your house is another powerful way to clear stagnant energy in your space.
You can combine this act along with playing some high vibrational music like the solfeggio frequencies of 174 Hz that helps you ease stress. I also love the 639 Hz solfeggio frequency that helps me open my heart chakra and let my inner light shine through.
So, combining sunlight and high energy sound to clear your space and your aura can be a good way to start your day alleviating the said space and energy field from any energetic debris lingering from the day before.
3. Meditate with a Salt Lamp to Cultivate Calm and Clarity
I also love using Himalayan salt lamps while meditating. The salt beyond its energetic value can absorb water and moisture from the atmosphere, thus absorbing any pollutant that is present and trapped in the atmospheric water. And if this is a lamp where you can place a tea light candle, as the rock gets warm, the water evaporates, leaving the pollutants trapped within the rock.
Also salt can emit negative ions which are believed to be beneficial not only for your energy field but for your physical body too.
4. Circulate and Release Stagnant Energy
Another significant way to clear your aura and the environment that you live in is to let the air flow of your space to circulate. When the air in your space is stagnant, it accumulates energetic debris. For me in spring, when the weather is neither cold nor hot, I love opening the windows and let the spring breeze come in, and as I’m exposed to the freshness of the air, I feel a type of elation taking over my psychic, indicate a “happy” aura.
5. Ground Yourself Through Affirmation and Stillness
Another tool that we recently discovered is the Ho’ ponopono prayer – which comprises four phrases “I’m sorry. Please forgive me. I love you. Thank you.”- which I always use whenever I feel emotionally imbalanced, and my mind is filled with stressful thoughts to the brim.
To make this meditation practice more efficient after repeating the prayer for about 10 to 15 minutes, I pause and sit within the space that has been created after the repetition of the mantra. The stillness is where your aura can reset itself.

6. Cleanse Your Physical and Energetic Body in the Shower
Another simple yet effective way to cleanse your aura is by making it a habit to set your intention while taking the shower that the water pouring down your body will carry any unwanted energy with it, as it moves through the drain and away from you relieving you from unwanted energetic debris.
7. Seal Your Energy with Gentle Care and Visualization
You can also work in a preventative manner by sealing your energy field.
I would recommend, (if you are not allergic to essential oils) to add a drop of lavender essential oil on one of your palms rub them together take a deep breath inhaling the fragrance imagining it spreading out through your body, and then caress your aura by hovering your hands one centimeter (or one inch) from your body covering the entirety of it intending to seal it with the high vibration of the lavender essential oil.
You can also imagine a bubble of white or golden light surrounding your body with its center at the center of your heart that will act as a filter that will allow only positive energies to come through and prevent your energy field from contracting any negative ones.
