It is not a secret (among the members of the spiritual community) that the earth that we are living on is going through a phase of ascension. We are leaving what passed, what blinded us away from our spiritual truths and sacred memories and are entering a new era of communion with the higher dimensions of spirit.

One of the most intriguing phenomena for me as my spiritual path unfolded was coming across what is called Light Language.

I remember scrolling through videos on YouTube and one suggestion that I got from the platform was called Light Language activation. I saw a lady with closed eyes moving gracefully with her hands and toning sounds which didn’t have a logical meaning, but their vibration made me feel uplifted.

One important trait that characterizes people that are drawn to Light Language transmissions is their sensitivity to sense subtle energies.

From a young age, they usually are shunned upon because they possess a “vivid imagination”, and do not fit in easily among their peers, which leads either in suppressing this trait or experience isolation.

Light Language doesn’t always come in a loud manner. As with your intuition, it may appear in spontaneous gestures, images that might come to your mind, or even experience the need to make sounds while mediating or witnessing someone else transmitting, that may catch you off guard.

If you pay attention, and cultivate an openness and willingness to let those impulses to express themselves, when Light Language starts to flow through you, you will find yourself at some point being able to hear loud and clear the “words” that are being communicated to you.

An Unfolding Experience

I didn’t learn to transmit Light Language overnight. At the beginning I awkwardly tried to tone it using my voice and do gestures that made me feel silly. But when I showed my new ability to a dear friend of mine (who is also a sensitive and empath) they validated the fact that indeed I was transmitting energy that they could feel deep within.

So, it is important for you to understand that (as with every new skill) you need time and education to develop your ability to transmit light codes. Do not rush it, trust the fact that you can do it, be charitable to yourself and, most of all, enjoy the process.

3. Ways to Awaken Your Own Expression

Vibrating Through Movement, Sound, or Written Inspiration

One of the quickest ways for you to develop the ability to transmit Light Language, is to allow yourself to experiment. For instance, let’s say that you have intended your purpose and are ready to transmit.

Take some deep breaths, and try to relax your body. Let’s say you want to transmit utilizing gesture. Stand upright and just feel any energetic shift in your aura. Then slowly move one of your hands, or better let it move, imagining this energy moving through it.

One of the quickest ways for you to develop the ability to transmit Light Language, is to allow yourself to experiment.

Next, let the other hand and arm join this movement without thinking about what the next gesture will be. Remember to breathe. Continue this subtle dance using your hands and arms for five minutes.

Do not judge what you’re doing, just let it happen.

This is a very simple way for you to begin and once you are confident enough using gesture as your way of transmitting Light Language, you can move to sound and even intuitive writing. Both can be cultivated in the same way I described above when showing you to use gesture to transmit light codes.

Let Go of Needing to Be “Right”

One hurdle to overcome in order for you to become proficient in transmitting Light Language, like any form of spiritual expression (like channeling or energy work) is to overcome the need to be perfect in the first round.

Our society has conditioned us not to make mistakes, which is a big obstacle for your own process of learning. Even scientists and psychologists have concluded that the human brain learns faster when someone tries and fails rather than when they succeed.

If this need to be perfect, comes up as you learn how to channel light codes. Let it be there and just accept it. By trying to resist you will make the problem worse. This need is just a part of you that wants to help you and the only way it knows. Usually bad habits, or obsolete ways of dealing with they new, are developed in the early stages of one’s development. And even if you have grown up, these parts of you are still there.

So, as you learn to experiment, and also allow yourself to fail, learn to be gentle towards that part of you, the perfectionist, and ask it instead of trying to be perfect, to give it a new task that of an observer. Giving those parts of yourself new tasks makes them happy, and also leads to their integration to your dominant personality, that is your adult self.

You don’t need to exclusively use gestures, sound, or even written symbols to transmit light codes. I vividly remember the first time I received a of Light Language transmission from my teacher when I was taking a course on learning how to be a channel of light codes.

She didn’t move, nor used sound, she just placed her hands over her heart and said “I am now transmitting”. I felt the shift in my energy. My heart opened and felt an expansion and elation.

For the past few years that I have been transmitting Light Language, I’ve come to the realization that there’s an infinite number of sources that communicating through light codes. I’ve come across frequencies that can ground me, activate my latent talents, and the sources span from Mother Earth to Planetary Intelligences and the Divine Rays. Each one of those sources had its own energetic signature that, once I got acquainted with, I could distinguish one source from another.

It is powerless to witness how someone that is proficient in transmitting Light Language can initiate another just with their presence and intention offering the gift of sharing light codes.

As I described above my experience that I had with my Light Language teacher, where with her mere intention to transmit and me being immediately attuned, putting me on the path of becoming a Light Language channel, indicates the fact that we who are involved in working with Light Language affect the human collective with the transmission we receive or offer.

We Rise Together

I would also like to add that besides affecting the person or a group of people that receive our transmissions, we’re also collectively affect the earth’s consciousness and create a collective field that strengthens every time any person involved in this work transmits.

As I said at the beginning of this article, the earth is undergoing her own journey of ascension from the dense 3D dimension to higher ones closer to source, that’s accelerating our own process of ascension and spiritual awakening.

Making our voices heard by participating in group work is also another way to normalize the “weird” spiritual practice of light code transmission, making it accessible to people who otherwise wouldn’t be able to get the hold on this spiritual technology.
