Many of us lightworkers experienced the feeling that we didn’t belong here and felt that that we came from somewhere else, a place beyond Earth. If you’ve ever had these feelings, it might be an indication that you are what is called a Starseed.

In this article, I’m going to share with you some signs that might help you sort out if you fit the “category” of a Starseed. I put the word category in quotes because these signs are not fixed rules but suggestions, and the only one who knows your soul’s path is you when you go deep enough to uncover it.

Before I share with you the signs that could be a lead that you are a Starseed, I want to talk about some ideas that will show you a bigger picture of what it means to be a Starseed.

This mission often is buried deep within as a Starseed has to live a human life where they must go through challenges, burn karma and learn lessons like everyone else, and this part of the Starseed’s makeup needs to clear first before the mission reveals itself.

Usually though, the challenges that Starseeds need to go through are less heavy than the souls that have experienced earth in many more incarnations that they have, because they usually come from other systems to earth and carry less karma. This does not make a Starseed better than their fellow souls; on the contrary, they also have the added responsibility of carrying out a mission that is bigger than their individual human lives.

The awakening of one’s Starseed identity doesn’t come in dramatic ways.

For me the recognition of my Starseed identity, came from a sequence of events that widened my idea of what reality was and open doors to a greater sense of understanding, a realization of the complexity and beauty that lies beyond what I perceived with my five senses.

You might have experienced this either through a gift that awakened within you, or by encountering a new idea that made you realize your true essence.

Of course you’re not alone, and in your exploration, you might find other Starseeds cut from the same cloth as you, which is wonderful since this journey and the spiritual journey in general can be lonely.

At the same time you have to remember that first you need to be aligned with your own sense of self and your soul’s mission before expanding into getting to know other fellow Starseeds, because it is very easy to get lost through comparison in hive mind mentality in a group that I often encountered when joining spiritual groups.

So, the time has come to explore the signs that will help you reveal if you are a Starseed. I want to reiterate that these are just guidelines and not fixed rules.

As I mentioned above, each one of us has a unique spiritual journey ahead of them, even if we share commonalities with other Starseeds in terms of how we are awakened to our true selves, and to our purpose.

1. A Calling to Heal and Transform the World

Starseeds usually have a strong sense of service towards humanity.

This might take a lot of forms, and for me it took the form of me becoming a channeler and a lightworker. Through this work, I shared directly or indirectly information and secret codes to others coming from higher sources, and my body and energy field served as a repository for those codes that acted as musical instruments transmitting their own note of light and illumination to the world.

You might feel this sense of purpose through your need to serve, through your empathy and deep compassion for others, or through a deep need for service.

Starseeds usually have a strong sense of service towards humanity.

These urges are showing you that you’re a person who is deeply concerned with bringing harmony to the world, even through the tiniest of actions.

2. A Journey of Awakening and Remembrance

Another sign that you might be a Starseed is the fact that you have experienced a sort of awakening that had to do with the veil that separates the material world from the spiritual being lifted.

In my case this happened twice in my life, the first time was when I read a book from a channeler who was guided to visit the crop circles in the UK and her experiences on how her consciousness expanded, and also when I read a book of a psychic medium and how she met her spirit guide who helped her with her work. In both instances, I felt that there was more in life and what I had experienced thus far.

Another sign that you might be a Starseed is the fact that you have experienced a sort of awakening that had to do with the veil that separates the material world from the spiritual being lifted.

You might have experienced this sort of awakening through synchronicities, deep intuitive realizations, or meaningful connections that couldn’t be reasoned away and that stayed with you, making you a changed person.

I remember vividly when I was reading about the UFO phenomenon, looking at the stars at night and feeling a kinship towards them. The grand canopy or the night sky and its vastness represents something grander in my eyes, and it felt like home more that Earth did.

As I embarked on my spiritual journey and became a lightworker and channeler, I came closer to my history as a Starseed. But I knew I had to ground this experience in my human experience. And this is a reminder that even though we all possess a spiritual gift, we are also incarnated in a human form with a purpose here on earth.
