That is because when the vibration of your energy field is high, you feel lighter and motivated to live life to the fullest. But if your vibration is low, it is harder to feel at the top of your game, and you also feel disconnected from your intuition and the higher forces of life.
In this article, I will introduce you to 5 ideas that will help you in not only finding ways to raise your vibration but also to keep it high so that you can experience all good things like inner peace, synchronicities, higher guidance, and purpose almost continuously.

Everything in the Universe is made of energy, including you. You can see this from a scientific point of view as well, where matter in its deepest core is an infinite field of unified energy according to quantum physics and everything created is just that energy vibrating in different frequencies.
This vibration of your own energy is determined by your thoughts, beliefs, emotions, physical state, and the things and people that surround you.

How? The things you criticize others about (how they think or carry themselves) are usually things you either do or you think about and now you have the chance to acknowledge them and make the needed changes.

Another important element of keeping yourself in a high vibrational state is your perception of things. The way you see things determines how you think and feel about them which eventually affects your energy field.

When I manage to change a limiting belief, a feeling of expansion takes over me. I feel that I have the power to shape my destiny and each limiting belief that I manage to let go of adds to that power and also… raises my vibration.
The way I found it most useful to release my limiting beliefs is through applying NLP techniques also here. As I mentioned before, if you are interested in this type of work, find a good NLP practitioner or if you are more adventurous, become an NLP practitioner yourself.

Taking time to meditate and do energy work can do wonders in terms of keeping your vibration high.
Those two skills can help you reprogram your mind and shift your whole being in very deep ways, by either removing old patterns, heavy energies, or shaping your energy field in a way that it can sustain positivity and elevating spiritual frequencies.

There are so many ways to meditate but the easiest one that I can suggest to you (and once you get the hang of it use it on the fly), is to assign some time from your everyday schedule to turn your attention to your breath.
Do the following 5 minutes a day, preferably at the same time and place for a week:
- Sit or lie in a comfortable position and turn your attention to your breath.
- On the inhale, say inwardly “breathing in.”
- On the outward breath, say inwardly “breathing out.”
- Do not force yourself to breathe in any particular pattern, just let it happen while you do the above.
- If you find your mind drifting away, gently turn your awareness back to your breathing and continue the practice.
Another way to keep your energy in a good vibrational standing is to use visualization.
My favorite one is the following:
- Again, sit or lie in a comfortable position.
- Imagine that around you there is a sphere of white light, and its center is the center of your chest.
- Imagine it being big enough that if you were to stand with your legs close together and your hands stretched outwardly like a cross, it would encompass both arms and legs.
- Do this for 5 minutes a day.
That’s it. Once you set up your bubble, you can go to the outside world and not only keep your vibrations high but be protected by the lower vibrations around you.

Reaching a high-level vibrational state is one thing, but sustaining it is another. Here I will discuss some ways for you to keep your energy light as a feather as long as possible before resorting to all the above practices and mindset changes to bring it back to a high vibration.

Taking inventory of your energy on a daily basis is a good way to prevent you from developing energy blocks or accumulating heavy energies from your surroundings.
Make a habit of keeping a journal in which you will note every day how you feel, think, and your vibrational state from 1 to 10, with 1 representing the lowest and 10 the highest.
If you find that you are not as energetically optimal as you would like, create a plan on what to do to change that, since (as I mentioned above) you are in control of your vibrational well-being.
Surrounding Yourself with High-Vibe Energy
It is very important to be aware of what types of energy you’re exposed to daily. People, the media and any environment you find yourself in can affect your energy.
It would be a good thing for you to have an honest conversation with yourself about:
- What content do you consume from social media?
- Who are the people you surround yourself with daily?
- In what environments and situations do you usually find yourself in?
Answering these questions will assist you in removing from your life unnecessary negative influences like turning away from a diet that is not good for your body and embracing a healthier one.
One last tip, that in my experience is very important; acknowledge that your home is your sanctuary.
It is impossible for you to remove every low-vibrational influence in your life, so you need to create a sacred space where you can go back to, to cleanse your energy and also recharge. Even if you own only one room, turn this space into a beautiful, relaxing, and reinvigorating place for you to turn to after a long day.
